Our Use of Pre-Orders: Why and How
We work with pre-orders to avoid wasting clothing and manage our resources efficiently as a small brand. By producing items after receiving orders, we reduce waste and gain insights into customer demand. This approach also creates an exclusive and anticipated experience for our customers.
PRE-ORDERS FAQ
A pre-order is a way to reserve an item before it’s officially released or available in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your purchase for when the product becomes available.
Pre-ordering ensures that you’ll have the item reserved as soon as it’s released, especially for popular or limited-edition products that might sell out quickly.
You will typically be charged at the time you place the pre-order. This secures your reservation and helps cover production costs.
At the end of the pre-order week, when we close our website, all orders will be forwarded to our manufacturer. Following this, there is a minimum production period of 10 days, which could potentially extend or shorten depending on our manufacturer's workload. To stay updated, we recommend keeping an eye on our Instagram stories for announcements. Alternatively, feel free to send us a direct message or email, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with an update!
Cancellation of a pre-order is not possible. However, you can always return a product once you receive it. For more information about our return policy and the rules regarding returns, please refer to our dedicated return policy page.
