I didn’t get a confirmation email.

If you can't locate your confirmation email, it might be in your spam folder. If you're still unable to find it, please get in touch with our customer support (info@gallerychristian.com). Include as many details about your order as you can: your name, address, the amount spent in EUR, payment method, payment time, proof of payment, etc. Providing this information will help us quickly locate your order and assist you effectively.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage of it!

This should be included at the beginning of the checkout.

However, you can’t use more than one discount code in your purchase, and discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale.

We can't apply discounts if your order has already been placed.

Shipping

International shipments

International orders are 6-10 working days approximately.

If your shipment is international, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the origin.

Customs fees:

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to pay fees, taxes, or other charges due to local or customs laws. Nude Project takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses. The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.

Where do you ship from?

We are located in Belgium, EU. All products are shipped out from here.

What’s the expected delivery time after my package is shipped?

My package still hasn’t been delivered.

The shipping companies try their best to deliver all packages on time. However, it may happen that your package runs late. We therefore can’t promise delivery times. If you are worried about your package, don’t hesitate to contact us via email (info@gallerychristian.com) or visit our TRACKING CENTER. Our team will try their best to locate your package.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I exchange my order/get a refund?

Need to return or exchange? Reach us at: info@gallerychristian.com with your order number. Return within 14 days, unused and undamaged, with the original tags and packaging. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges is on you. You have 14 days for a full refund.

Returns Policy

Please note that some items such as face masks, neck scarves, underwear, and socks cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygiene requirements. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items on sale.
