Order
For logistical reasons, we're unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we'll subsequently arrange for a new shipment.
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel orders once they're on their way. If you want to return something from your order, just follow the steps in our returns process after you receive it.
If you can't locate your confirmation email, it might be in your spam folder. If you're still unable to find it, please get in touch with our customer support (info@gallerychristian.com). Include as many details about your order as you can: your name, address, the amount spent in EUR, payment method, payment time, proof of payment, etc. Providing this information will help us quickly locate your order and assist you effectively.
Shipping
GalleryChristian will make every effort to hand over all orders to the shipping company within three business days after the order is accepted. However, GalleryChristian is not liable if the shipping occurs at a later date. The shipping times mentioned in our FAQ, or anywhere else, are estimated time frames and are not binding as part of the contract between GalleryChristian and the customer.
Since we depend on third parties for package delivery, we are not liable for any loss of packages incurred during transit by third-party shipping couriers. Compensation for such losses will be provided by the courier themselves. we have no control over the delivery time. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays can cause package delivery to be delayed. GalleryChristian reserves the right to deliver packages up to ninety days after the order is accepted, without any repercussions.
If packages cannot be delivered within the specified time frame, the customer will be informed. At that point, the customer can choose to either cancel their order or reach an alternative agreement with GalleryChristian. In the event of cancellation, the customer will receive a refund as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after the contract termination.
Please be aware that the delivery of your package is managed by third parties. If they are unsuccessful in their initial delivery attempt, they will leave a message or attempt to contact you (via email or phone). They will provide details about the second delivery attempt or where you can collect your package. Note that the package must be collected within 14 days. If the delivery company is unable to complete the delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package remains uncollected at the pickup point within 14 days of notification, the package will be returned to GalleryChristian. These returns are not prioritized by the shipping companies. A second shipment can only be arranged once the original package has been received back at our warehouse. Any additional fees that arise will be the customer's responsibility. Should a customer request a refund after the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect at the pickup point, a handling fee of 5 EUR will be deducted from the refund.
Regarding complaints about the condition of the goods upon delivery (including missing parts), please direct them to GalleryChristian (info@gallerychristian.com) no later than two business days after receiving the goods.
We are located in Belgium, EU. All products are shipped out from here.
Once collected, shipping times typically fall within these ranges:
• Belgium: 1 — 4 business days
• Central Europe: 3 — 6 business days
• Eastern Europe: 5 — 7 business days
• USA: 3 — 8 business days
• Rest of the world: 5 — 11 business days
Please note that these are estimated arrival times. While shipping companies make every effort to meet them, unforeseen delays or force majeure events can occasionally impact delivery times.
The shipping companies try their best to deliver all packages on time. However, it may happen that your package runs late. We therefore can’t promise delivery times. If you are worried about your package, don’t hesitate to contact us via email (info@gallerychristian.com). Our team will try their best to locate your package.
returns
Need to return? Reach us at: info@gallerychristian.com with your order number. Return within 14 days, unused and undamaged, with the original tags and packaging. Shipping costs for returns is on you. You have 14 days for a full refund.
Please note that some items such as face masks, neck scarves, underwear, and socks cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygiene requirements. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items on sale.
